Orders and pricing: all prices are in US dollars. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if a price or product is listed in error; if we cancel a paid order, you'll get a full refund. We may change prices or products at any time without notice.

Products: items are made to order. Colors on screen may differ slightly from the finished product, and print or embroidery placement can vary a little from item to item.

Designs and content: all designs, text, and images on this site belong to Overtime Supply Co. and may not be copied or resold without written permission.

Use of the site: don't use this site for anything illegal, to interfere with how it works, or to submit false information.

Limits of liability: products and this site are provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law: these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.

Changes: we may update these terms at any time. The version posted here when you place your order is the one that applies.
